To be eligible, all new participants in AccessTN must meet each of the following criteria:

Tennessee resident for six months * |

U.S. citizen or qualified legal alien |

Medically uninsurable as demonstrated by one of the following: *

No access to employer insurance, except CoverTN |
| • |
No health insurance for previous three months (special rules may apply to those finishing COBRA, TennCare or CoverKids policies) |
No one will be turned away due to existing medical conditions.
